We hope you are satisfied with your purchase.
If the item has a defect, you must report this within 8 days by email.
If you do not like the item, you can always return your products to Gert Snel within 14 days.
The return transport costs are at your own expense unless it can be demonstrated that the delivered product differs so much from what you could have expected. If this is the case, Gert Snel will assess the returned product and if we agree with you, we will reimburse the transport costs.

How can I return it?

Please fill out a return form. After receipt of the return form, we will review your complaint and contact you as soon as possible. We can discuss the return transport with you after receipt of the form. If possible, wrap the item in the package material as delivered when returning your product.

Transportation costs incurred for returns will be at your own expense.

We are not responsible for damage caused in the event of return transport or for loss or theft in the event of return transport. We strongly recommend that you use our accredited transporters to organise the transport. We will provide you with the necessary information if required. The items must be returned undamaged, unused and labelled.

As soon as we have received your items in good condition, we will exchange the item (if in stock), if desired, have it repaired in our workshop or refund the purchase amount to the account number used to pay for the item.
